We need access to your key systems in order to assess business performance, including your cloud based accounting system, Shopify, Google Analytics, Email Marketing system, Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
Detailed Data Analysis
We'll review your data and provide recommendations over 8 key areas including Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations. We'll also pull together your Unit Mechanics, dive into your inventory, assess your discount and return rates and look at your business financing.
CFO Meeting
We walk you through our findings in a 1 hour meeting with an experienced CFO, there's opportunity for discussion and we work with you to identify the top 5 priorities
Report
You'll receive a Google Sheet with our full analysis of your business and a PDF containing our key findings
From $2.5k but FREE if we can't find Revenue, Cash or Savings worth $2.5k
Our detailed analysis and report covers Finance, Financing & Cash, Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategy, People and Operations. We'll review your Margins, Unit Mechanics, CAC and overheads and benchmark them to similar companies. In your CFO meeting we'll discuss the area's of your business you'll need to work on to achieve your growth goals.
